Leadership Training
A well-prepared management staff is critical to business success. As the nature of work and expectations of employees change, so does the skill mix needed by organizational leaders. We have developed and offer a series of customizable leadership training for managers at all levels courses. In addition, we offer training specifically designed for new managers or for star performers who take on leadership roles. In the latter case, we find Netspeed Leaderhsip modules quite beneficial.
NetSpeed Leadership ( www.netspeedleadership.com) is a dynamic, hands-on leadership training and management development program that uses a blended learning approach of classroom instruction. Corporations select from among 23 short, crisp training modules (each 3 hours) Using fast-paced, highly interactive instruction, our approach emphasizes practical theory and tools that can be applied immediately in the workplace. NetSpeed Leadership follows up the classroom instruction with several online reinforcement tools, including a multimedia, interactive series of questions to test knowledge retention.
