Our facilitators, through work primarily with intact teams, create in-depth awareness of the dynamics of people working together for collective success. We focus on success that can be measured. By using a series of relevant high-impact team-based activities in a supportive environment, we illustrate how team members who improve their effectiveness can develop sustainable improvements in performance. We expect, as a result of extensive skill practice, each team to develop an action plan that includes appropriate, challenging targets that will enable it to make a positive difference in their workplace.
